- Quality issues: Case-by-case review with restaurant and platform
- Customer-initiated cancellations after preparation: No refund
6. Restaurant Partners
Partner Responsibilities
Our restaurant partners are responsible for:
- Food quality, safety, and preparation
- Accurate menu information and pricing
- Compliance with local health regulations

Platform Role
MixAndMatch.ph serves as an intermediary and:
